The General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque is making use of all modern technological tools and artificial intelligence to serve visitors and enrich their experiences.
Director of the Technological Quality Unit at the agency Eng. Mohammed bin Fayez Al-Lahibi said that the Agency for Technical Affairs, Digital Transformations and Artificial Intelligence, of which the unit is part, has published several digital questionnaires to measure the beneficiaries' satisfaction with the provided digital services. It also published a general survey of a number of staff, to measure their satisfaction with technological reports, especially since the questionnaires enable the agency to refine the provided technological services and develop ideas and proposals that help provide better services.
