Amman: The Civil Defence Department (CDD) and police personnel were mobilized to address 54 reports of falling objects and shrapnel in various cities including Amman, Zarqa, Jerash, Madaba, Irbid, and West Balqa from morning until 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.
According to Jordan News Agency, the Public Security Directorate (PSD) confirmed that these incidents led to material damage only, with no injuries reported.
The PSD has urged citizens to adhere to safety guidelines provided by authorities and advised immediate contact with the unified emergency number (911) if any suspicious activity is observed. It emphasized the importance of not approaching any suspicious objects due to potential dangers.
