Amman: Police Saturday put in custody two arson suspects who allegedly put a house on fire in West Irbid, according to the Public Security Directorate (PSD).
The PSD media office said a fire engine had been sent to the burning house and put out the fire before any serious injuries were reported.
Police investigations showed the fire was a case of arson. The PSD Criminal Investigation Department (AND) arrested two suspects, both of whom confessed to setting fire to the house.
