Amman: Security forces apprehended a suspect involved in the fatal stabbing of a citizen in the Ain al-Basha area in Amman. A spokesperson for the Public Security Directorate stated that the victim was taken to the hospital on Thursday morning after being stabbed during a quarrel with another individual. The victim later succumbed to his injuries.
According to Jordan News Agency, the suspect was identified and arrested. During questioning, he confessed to the stabbing following a dispute. Authorities confirmed that the investigation is still ongoing.
