Amman: Prime Minister Bisher Khasawneh on Wednesday received the head and members of the Saudi-Jordanian Parliamentary Friendship Committee at the Saudi Shura Council.
During the meeting, the two parties reaffirmed the strength of relations between the two countries, which His Majesty King Abdullah II and King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud are keen on advancing.
The premier said the two nations have been exerting efforts through mutual visits to serve the interest of common issues.
Chairman of the Saudi-Jordanian Parliamentary Friendship Committee Ibrahim al-Qannas praised the strong, long-standing Jordanian-Saudi ties and the mutual commitment to boosting them in various political, economic, and social fields.
