The Lower House’s Finance Committee Tuesday debated the draft 2022 state budget and the budgets of governmental units.
Head of the committee, MP Mohammad al-Saudi, said that the lawmakers will finalize the debate and pass the draft budget before passing it to the legislature to take a final decision.
He said today’s meeting was to examine proposals, opinions and observations aired during the budget discussion with ministries and public institutions, in addition to the recommendations of research centres and think tanks with interest in the national economy.
