Sana’a – Saba: Parliament speaker Yahya al-Ra’i on Tuesday sent a congratulatory message to his Nigerian counterpart. Taj al-Din Abbas.
In the cable, al-Ra’i congratulated Abbas and the pople of Nigera on the occasion of Nigeria’s 63rd National Day of Independence.
