The Parliament condemned on Wednesday the heinous crimes and massacres committed by the Zionist occupation forces against the Palestinian and Syrian people, the latest of which was the assassination of Palestinian leaders and their families in the Gaza Strip.
In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the Parliament denounced the terrorist crime, which resulted in the deaths of 13 people, including three leaders of the Islamic Jihad Movement, along with their children and women while they were in their homes, and the wounding of 20 others, including women and children.
The Parliament indicated that this crime adds to the series of terrorist crimes and massacres committed by the Zionist entity against humanity, in addition to its repeated violations of international laws and covenants.
Parliament made it clear that had it not been for the betrayal and complacency of the countries loyal to Israel, which signed normalization agreements with it, and the silence surrounding the rest of the Arab and Islamic governments, this entity would not have dared to commit its crimes with all arrogance.
The Parliament’s statement also denounced the silence of the international community towards these crimes, calling on the heads and members of parliaments to show solidarity and support, to stand together in the face of the plans of the forces of global arrogance, and to confront them by all possible means.
The Parliament called on the Arab and Islamic peoples and all the free people of the world to support the Palestinian resistance with all its factions, with money, weapons, and everything that is possible and available.
In its statement, the Parliament affirmed the stability of Yemen’s position in support of the Palestinian cause and the rights of the brotherly Palestinian people until the end of the occupation and the establishment of its independent state with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital.
The Parliament also demanded that the Security Council impose deterrent sanctions on the Zionist entity for the daily crimes of murder, arrest, and assassination against the Palestinian people
