Parliament reviewed, in its session today,Monday, headed by Parlaiment Speaker, Yahya Ali Al-Ra'i, the report of the joint committee consisting of the Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Public Health and Population Committees, regarding the complaint of the management of Al-Khamseen Hospital.
The report included the procedures undertaken by the committee, including reviewing the complaint ,the attached priorities, and what related to the field trip to Expatriates Affairs Ministry , the inquiries directed to the Ministry, and the Ministry of Expatriates’ Affairs’ responses to some of them.
The report also included a number of observations, conclusions and recommendations reached by the committee, and the Council postponed discussion of the report to a future session.
The draft law consists of 47 articles distributed over a number of sections and chapters. The first section includes the name, definitions, objectives and tasks of the Authority, while the second section includes the Authority’s management and executive management, the third includes the Authority’s resources and financial system, and the fourth is final provisions.
The Council began its session by reviewing and approving its previous minutes, and it will continue to hold its business sessions tomorrow, Tuesday, God Almighty willing.
