Palestinian dies from wounds sustained by Israeli forces in Hebron

The Palestinian Ministry of Health Friday announced the death of Mohammed Jawabreh, 22, from injuries he sustained Thursday during clashes with Israeli forces, in the Arroub refugee camp, north of Hebron, in the southern occupied West Bank.

The Palestinian Health Ministry stated that Jawabreh was admitted to an ICU in a “very critical” condition after being shot in the head. He died of his injuries.

With the death of Jawabreh, the number of Palestinians killed by Israeli forces and settlers rose since the beginning of 2023 to 65, including four killed by settlers, 13 children, four older people, and a prisoner.
