Normal summer weather forecast for three days

Temperatures are expected to be around the seasonal average on Sunday, with normal summer weather in most parts of the Kingdom, except in the Badia, the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba where it will be hot, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said.

Clouds at low altitudes are also forecast to appear in the northern and central regions, while winds will be northwesterly moderate to brisk, the JMD added.

Over the next two days, similar weather conditions will persist with northwesterly moderate winds, picking up at times, the forecasters predicted.

Today’s high temperatures in Amman and other highlands of the Kingdom will be between 32 and 28 C, with lows of 21 C or even 16C in the southern highlands at night. The temperature will be much hotter in the Gulf city of Aqaba, with a high of 40C and a low of 26C.
