Amman:Network International has announced a partnership with Mastercard Move to offer advanced money transfer services in Jordan.
According to Jordan News Agency, this collaboration will enable financial institutions, fintech companies, and payment service providers to offer both domestic and international card-based money transfers to individuals and businesses.
The partnership allows licensed financial institutions and service providers using Network International's solutions to facilitate money transfers through a single connection to Mastercard Move's global network. This network supports secure and near-instant transfers to and from cards, bank accounts, and certain digital accounts.
The initiative aims to accelerate money transfers, improve corporate liquidity management, simplify digital payment experiences, and expand access to digital financial services for underserved consumers and newcomers to digital services.
Saud Swar, Mastercard's General Manager for Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Jordan, and the Levant, stated that the launch of Mastercard Move in Jordan, in partnership with Network International, will support financial innovation, economic growth, and enhance financial inclusion and the efficiency of cross-border payments.
