NEPCO Launches Specialized Training for Qatari Kahramaa Employees.

Amman: National Electric Power Company (NEPCO), through its Electric Training Center, has initiated a specialized training program tailored for Kahramaa employees from Qatar, with a focus on advanced home wiring techniques. This program is the first in a series of two upcoming courses, with the second session, which will delve into chargers and batteries, slated for next week.

According to Jordan News Agency, Sufian Bataineh, the General Manager of NEPCO, emphasized in a recent press statement that these training sessions resume a partnership that had been on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This initiative marks the first training opportunity provided to Kahramaa staff since the onset of the pandemic.

Bataineh highlighted that the Electric Training Center has successfully imparted training to specialists from 13 different nationalities, with a total of 20,450 trainees benefiting from its programs so far. The center is distinguished by its recognition from the German-Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce
as an accredited institution for technical and vocational training. It boasts trainers who have obtained the international AdA certification from the chamber, ensuring high-quality instruction.
