According to Jordan News Agency, speaking at a press conference on Wednesday, head coach Jamal Salami emphasized the team’s commitment to claiming all three points. “We are eager to win against a team with strong individual talents,” he said, stressing the importance of delivering their best performance to stay on course for qualification.
Midfielder Nizar Rashdan echoed the sentiment, stating, “We aim to put in a performance that meets our expectations. We fully understand the significance of this victory in keeping our World Cup dream alive. Our confidence is high, and we count on the unwavering support of our loyal fans in the stands.”
In Group B standings, South Korea leads with 14 points, followed by Iraq with 11, Jordan with 9, Oman with 6, Kuwait with 4, and Palestine with 3.
