NAF and COOPI Collaborate to Enhance Economic Empowerment Programs for Vulnerable Families

Amman: The National Aid Fund (NAF) has entered a partnership with COOPI - Cooperazione Internazionale to bolster economic and social empowerment initiatives aimed at vulnerable households. This collaboration is intended to increase beneficiaries' access to sustainable livelihood projects.

According to Jordan News Agency, the agreement is focused on expanding the reach of economic empowerment programs by connecting beneficiaries with COOPI's livelihood projects through joint initiatives targeting families across the Kingdom. Director General Khitam Shanikat, speaking at the signing ceremony, emphasized the importance of this partnership in strengthening empowerment programs, which will provide more opportunities for targeted households to improve their living standards sustainably.

Shanikat also advocated for broader partnerships with civil society organizations to support economic empowerment and enhance program effectiveness for the most vulnerable groups. Margherita Gastaldi, Head of COOPI's mission in Jordan, underscored the partnership's significance in empowering economically and socially vulnerable families.

The agreement involves cooperation in executing joint programs and projects, as well as sharing data and expertise to enhance the effectiveness of social interventions and achieve sustainable impacts on the lives of beneficiaries.
