Moderate, wet air mass starts affecting Kingdom on Friday

Cool spring weather is expected to prevail, as a wet and moderate air mass starts affecting the Kingdom on Friday, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily update.

Winds will be northwesterly moderate, picking up at times, the JMD noted.

The weather department warned of low-visibility due to fog formation in the mountainous areas, and dust formation in the Badia regions.

Temperatures in the capital Amman will range between a high of 29 degrees Celsius and a low of 19 degrees.

Highs in the port city of Aqaba will hike up to 38 degrees, while lows will stand at 25 degrees at night.
