Amman: Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign and Expatriates Affairs, Ambassador Majed Qatarneh, received a copy of the credentials of the Ambassador of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Nguyen Thanh Diep, as a non-resident accredited ambassador to the Kingdom.
According to Jordan News Agency, the meeting marked the formal recognition of Nguyen Thanh Diep’s role in representing Vietnam as a non-resident ambassador. The presentation of credentials is an important step in diplomatic relations, allowing the ambassador to officially start his duties in fostering bilateral relations between Vietnam and the Kingdom.
The non-resident ambassador will focus on enhancing diplomatic ties, trade, and cultural exchanges. The Kingdom and Vietnam share mutual interests in various sectors, and this new diplomatic appointment aims to strengthen these connections further.
