The Minister of Education of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Yousef bin Abdullah Al-Benyan met with the Minister of Education, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship of the Republic of India, Dharmendra Pradhan, on the sidelines of the ongoing G20 education ministers meeting.
Minister Al-Benyan thanked the Republic of India for hosting the work of the G20 for 2023 and for choosing educational priorities of high interest in the Education Working Group.
The discussion dealt with existing and future aspects of cooperation between Saudi Arabia and India, strengthening cooperation in the field of research and development between distinguished universities in the two countries, as well as areas of educational investment, and opening international schools in the Kingdom. They also discussed cooperation in the field of skills development and entrepreneurship.
