Moderate autumn conditions are expected to prevail on Wednesday in many areas of the country, reaching a high of 28 degrees Celsius in the Capital, Amman, during daytime, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily brief.
In the late afternoon and evening hours, cooler weather is forecast as mercury levels slide to around 20C.
In the port city of Aqaba, the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea, relatively hot conditions will prevail, with temperatures hovering around 36 degrees during the day, dipping to 24C at night, the JMD added.
On Thursday, mercury will rise few degrees, but similar mild autumn weather will continue to persist until Saturday in most regions, except in the Jordan Valley and Aqaba where it will be hot, with low clouds, the meteorologists predicted.
