KSrelief Signs Agreement to Operate Al-Yusr Dialysis Center in Hadhramaut, Yemen

The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) yesterday signed a cooperation agreement with Prince Fahd bin Salman Charity Association for Kidney Failure Patients to operate Al-Yusr Dialysis Center (Kellana) with a total value of SAR20 million; 579 individuals are expected to benefit in Seiyun, Hadhramaut.

KSrelief Assistant Supervisor General for Operations and Programs Eng. Ahmed bin Ali Al-Beez and CEO of Kellana, Dr. Abdullah bin Hassan Al-Dighither, signed the agreement at the centre’s headquarters in Riyadh.

Director of the Health and Environmental Aid Department at KSrelief Abdullah Al-Muallem said that the agreement aims to operate an integrated centre for free treatment of patients with renal failures and diseases through hemodialysis as the only specialized centre of its kind that will be directly responsible for providing and saving the lives of kidney patients with medical services in Seiyun city of the Hadhramaut region.

This agreement is an extension of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s humanitarian role exerted through KSrelief in alleviating the suffering of those in need and providing treatment for the sick and injured in Yemen.
