Amman: His Majesty King Abdullah II on Saturday posted a tweet on his official Twitter account, congratulating the Arab and Islamic nations on the occasion of Al Israa wal Miraj, which falls on Saturday, the 27th of Rajab, the seventh month of the Islamic lunar calendar.
“On the occasion of Al Israa wal Miraj, we pray to God Almighty to help us bare responsibility of safeguarding and conserving the holy Al-Aqsa Mosque, where our Prophet and our role model, Muhammad, may God’s blessings and peace be upon him, took his holy journey and ascent,” His Majesty said in the tweet.
On this occasion, King Abdullah wished the Arab and Islamic nations all the best and tranquility.
