His Majesty King Abdullah II sent a cable of congratulations to Sultan Haitham bin Tariq of Oman on the anniversary of his assumption of powers.
In the cable, King Abdullah, in his name and on behalf of the people and government of Jordan, wished the Sultan continued good health and the brotherly people of Oman further progress and prosperity.
