King Abdullah II Meets Poland’s Defence Minister to Discuss Regional Stability and Cooperation

Amman: His Majesty King Abdullah II on Tuesday received Poland Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence Wladyslaw Kosiniak-Kamysz, according to a royal court statement. The meeting, held at Al Husseiniya Palace and attended by His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, focused on the need to restore comprehensive calm in the Middle East through dialogue and diplomacy.

According to Jordan News Agency, His Majesty highlighted the significance of enhancing cooperation between Jordan and Poland, particularly in military and security sectors. The discussion also covered the broader scope of strengthening bilateral ties across various fields.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Maj. Gen. Yousef Huneiti, Director of the Office of His Majesty Alaa Batayneh, and the accompanying Polish delegation.
