KHCF and Almanara Islamic Insurance Collaborate to Enhance Cancer Care Access

Amman: The King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF) signed a cooperation agreement on Tuesday with Almanara Islamic Insurance Company to provide “Care Insurance” to the company’s clients as one of their insurance options, ensuring immediate access to treatment at the King Hussein Cancer Center (KHCC).

According to Jordan News Agency, the agreement was signed by KHCF Director General Nisreen Qatamish and Almanara Islamic Insurance Company General Manager Waleed Al Qutati. Qatamish emphasized that the agreement marks a significant step in expanding “Care Insurance” coverage to reach more patients, providing them with comprehensive, high-quality treatment at KHCC without delays or additional procedures. She noted that this coverage allows patients to focus on recovery without the burden of financial concerns.

For his part, Al Qutati reaffirmed the company’s commitment to supporting the KHCC and serving the community, especially cancer patients, through full assistance and support during their treatment journey. He underscored the company’s dedication to its social responsibility and humanitarian mission.

“Care Insurance” is a non-profit social solidarity insurance scheme that covers treatment costs for members of all nationalities and ages at the KHCC, one of the leading cancer treatment centers in the Arab region. It remains the only insurance program in Jordan that guarantees its members admission to the KHCC for treatment.
