Irbid: Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST) has garnered a “new global” academic achievement with the inclusion of 11 academic specializations from 8 different faculties in QS World University Rankings 2025. Based on this milestone, the university ranked first locally, in terms of the percentage of faculties listed among the top 500 global majors, reflecting the university’s leadership and academic “excellence” in the medical, engineering, and scientific fields.
According to Jordan News Agency, in a statement Sunday, JUST President Dr. Khaled Salem said the “prestigious” global ranking confirms the university’s “quality” of education and scientific research and highlights its “excellence” in medical, scientific, and engineering subject areas. Salem added that this progress also reflects the university’s “commitment” to providing a “modern” academic environment that keeps pace with the “highest” international standards in education, scientific research, and practical training, which strengthens its position as a “leading” academic destination locally and internationally.
