JRA and AriesAI Collaborate to Enhance AI Use in Hospitality Sector

Amman: The Jordan Restaurant Association (JRA) announced it has signed a memorandum of understanding with AriesAI to advance the application of artificial intelligence in the hospitality sector. This collaboration aims to empower restaurants and cafes to gain deeper insights into customer preferences and make prompt, precise decisions using "AriesReach," an AI-driven tool that facilitates the collection and analysis of customer feedback to elevate service quality and improve customer experiences.

According to Jordan News Agency, the partnership is a strategic move by JRA to foster digital transformation among its member establishments and highlight the significance of modern technology adoption, particularly artificial intelligence, to better comprehend customer behavior and enhance service quality. JRA General Manager Eliana Janineh emphasized the alignment of this initiative with JRA's objectives to support its members and boost the sector's competitiveness in line with global hospitality trends.

Jamal Sharar, regional commercial director at AriesAI, expressed that the partnership represents a crucial development in supporting Jordan's hospitality industry with AI solutions. These solutions aim to help businesses provide advanced customer experiences and convert customer feedback into actionable insights, driving business development.
