Jordan’s Ongoing Airdrop Operations Deliver 82 Tonnes of Aid to Gaza

Amman: In cooperation with international partners, Jordan continues airdropping aid to Gaza. The Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army (JAF) conducted an airdrop operation on Friday to deliver much-needed aid to the region.

According to Jordan News Agency, aircraft from the Royal Jordanian Air Force were joined by planes from Germany, the United Arab Emirates, Belgium, France, Italy, and Singapore in the operation. Together, they successfully airdropped 82 tonnes of food and relief aid to Gaza.

JAF’s efforts have been significant, with a total of 155 airdrops conducted since the resumption of operations on 27 July. This number is in addition to 344 airdrops completed in collaboration with other nations. Since the resumption, the total amount of aid airdropped by the Jordanian air force has reached 770 tonnes.
