Jordanian pavilion at Gulfood 2023 opens to visitors

Amman: Jordan’s Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates Nassar Habashneh inaugurated Monday the Kingdom’s pavilion at the Gulf Food Exhibition (Gulfood 2023) at the Dubai World Trade Center.

The Jordanian pavilion, which is located on an area of 722 square meters and is organized by the Jordan Exporters Association (JEA), features 31 local companies specialized in the areas of milk and dairy products, spices, coffee, juices, meat, poultry, ice cream, chocolate and sweets.

According to a statement by the association, Habashneh toured the Jordanian pavilion and stressed that participation in the exhibition is an important opportunity for Jordanian companies to market their products and reach new markets.

Head of the JEA Ahmed Khodari said that Jordan’s participation in the Gulfood exhibition aims to enable industrial exports and promote the foodstuffs sector, which has achieved great success and tapped into many international markets.

Jordanian industrial companies participating in the exhibition, he added, are looking to explore commercial, export and investment opportunities, and to exchange experiences with the participants, noting that the exhibition is a vital platform for re-exporting products to various markets of countries around the world.
