Jordanian passenger bus drivers to obtain entry visas to Saudi Arabia

Transport Minister Wajih Azaizeh announced Tuesday that Saudi Arabia began issuing entry visas to Jordanian bus and car drivers transporting passengers between the two countries.

The minister said in a press release that the decision to grant multiple entry visas to Jordanian passenger drivers working on international routes was made after contacts with the Saudi authorities.

He said the Saudi embassy in Amman started from Monday issuing visas, urging passenger bus and vehicle drivers to check with the visa service TasHeel Company and submit the necessary requirements. Those applying, he said, must have taken at least one of the coronavirus vaccines approved by Saudi Arabia before 14 days.
