Jordanian Companies Set to Showcase at IFE 2026 in London

London: Jordanian companies specializing in food industries are scheduled to begin their second participation in the International Food and Drink Event (IFE 2026) next Monday, which will be held at the Excel London Convention and Exhibition Centre. The Jordanian participation in the three-day trade show is organized by the Jordan Exporters Association (JEA).

According to Jordan News Agency, the event is expected to attract approximately 25,000 international buyers and distributors, along with representatives from retail chains and the hotel and restaurant sector. This provides a platform to connect producers with buyers in a direct business environment. JEA Chairman Ahmed Khudari stated that this participation aims to promote national products, open new export channels, and build trade partnerships with international importers and distributors.

As part of Jordan's involvement, Khudari emphasized that the event reflects the JEA's commitment to supporting national exports and providing opportunities for Jordanian producers to access global markets. The JEA works to qualify companies and provide logistical and marketing support to ensure Jordanian products are presented effectively to importers and investors.

Khudari also highlighted the exhibition as a chance for Jordanian companies to exchange expertise with international entities and learn about the latest trends in the food and beverage sector. This contributes to improving the quality and competitiveness of Jordanian products. The exhibition offers Jordanian companies a direct opportunity to negotiate with international importers and traders, potentially leading to new export deals.

This initiative is expected to increase national revenues and strengthen Jordan's position as a source of food products. The British market presents numerous advantages, including a large Arab community, offering significant opportunities for Jordanian companies to expand their operations. Khudari urged continued support for Jordanian exports at both governmental and private levels, noting that success at global exhibitions enhances the confidence of international partners in Jordanian products.
