The Jordan Tourism Board (JTB) concluded its participation in the ITB Asia 2024 trade show, which was held in Singapore from October 23 to 25.
The event featured a number of Jordanian tourism and travel offices, the Kingdom’s Embassy in Singapore, the Petra Development and Tourism Region Authority (PDTRA), and the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA).
According to a JTB statement, JTB Director General, Abdul Razzaq Arabiyat, said that the JTB participation in this event is part of its strategy to promote the diverse Jordanian tourism product and attract more Asian tourists, noting that this show is an ideal platform to communicate with the Asian tourism sector and exchange expertise.
He added that this participation is a golden opportunity to build strategic partnerships that contribute to enhancing Jordanian tourism, underscoring that the Jordanian participation aims to market the Kingdom as a distinctive tourist destination and provide integrated tourism offers to tourists from Asian markets.

JTB’s participation in the exhibition reflects its commitment to strengthening the Jordanian tourism sector and attracting more visitors from around the world, and it is expected to yield positive results that will enhance Jordan’s position as a prominent tourist destination in the region,” Arabiyat stressed.
During the event, several meetings and activities were organized to promote partnerships between Jordanian tourism companies and their counterparts in Asia, with participants showing great interest in the Kingdom’s heritage and natural sites.
JTB also held several bilateral meetings with Asian travel and tourism offices, major tourism agent associations in Asia, as well as international airlines, with the aim of enhancing cooperation and expanding tourism networks between Jordan and Asian countries.
