Amman:The Jordan Tourism Board (JTB) has entered into a cooperation agreement with VFS Global aimed at enhancing tourism promotion within Gulf markets, specifically targeting visitors from Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.

This collaboration seeks to leverage VFS Global's regional and international networks to bolster marketing efforts in these target markets.

During the workshop, participants engaged in discussions around joint promotional campaigns, the development of tourism packages tailored for Gulf visitors, and the strengthening of cooperation among companies and institutions within the tourism sector.

In addition to the agreement, the VFS Global delegation took the opportunity to visit various tourism sites in Jordan and held meetings with industry stakeholders, such as Royal Jordanian and private-sector representatives, to explore potential tourism products and programs designed for the Gulf markets.

The JTB emphasized that this agreement is part of its broader strategy to expand marketing partnerships and enhance Jordan's presence in the Gulf tourism markets.
