Amman: The Jordan Post will unveil the 2024 edition of the unified Arab commemorative stamp, titled “With Gaza,” starting Thursday. The stamp aims to foster a sense of unity and solidarity with Gaza, capturing the spirit of support from Arab nations.
According to Jordan News Agency, the stamp design was selected through a vote conducted by a technical committee comprised of experts from various Arab countries. This committee was responsible for choosing a design that would effectively represent Gaza in the 2024 series of stamps.
The new release includes a specially designed stamp priced at JD1, a postcard available for JD1.30, and a first-day cover, which will be sold for JD1.50. These items offer collectors and enthusiasts an opportunity to own a piece of memorabilia that signifies Arab unity and support for Gaza.
Collectors who wish to purchase the stamps can visit the Stamp Collectors Department at Jordan Post’s headquarters in Al-Muqabalain. Additionally, the stamps will be available at several post of
fices, including those in Jabal Amman, Al-Lweibdeh, Downtown Amman, Abdali, Irbid, Madaba, Aqaba, Jerash, Petra, Karak, Ajloun, Salt, and Al-Fuheis.
