Secretary-General of the Jordanian Ministry of Planning, Marwan Al-Rifai, on behalf of the Governor of the Central Bank, participated in a closed meeting of the governors of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB).
The meeting covered methods used to achieve the realigned objectives of the IDB strategy, and the best ways in which the IsDB can address emerging and changing concerns of its members.
The IDB meetings are held under the auspices of Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and with the participation of finance and planning ministers from more than 57 countries under the theme “Beyond Recovery: Resilience and Sustainability”.
The conference, which concludes on Saturday, aims at enhancing cooperation with the Islamic Development Bank Group and consolidating economic relations among member states.
