Jordan: Jordan Tourism Board (JTB) launched a global campaign, titled "Jordan: Unrivaled," as part of a marketing strategy, aimed at strengthening the Kingdom's position as a "leading" tourism destination ahead of the national football team's historic debut at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
According to Jordan News Agency, the campaign links Jordan's sporting achievement with promotion of the country's tourism sector, highlighting "unique" travel experiences and attractions across the Kingdom.
The initiative relies on innovative digital content across social media platforms and partnerships with international influencers and content creators to showcase Jordan's tourism assets, led by the ancient city of Petra, while expanding the country's presence in global digital conversations and attracting new visitor segments.
The campaign will also feature a series of public and media events, accompanying the national team's World Cup participation, including the "Nashama Parade" in host cities and establishment of "Jordan House" in Dallas and San Jose in the United States.
The board said the initiatives are designed to promote Jordanian culture and identity and leverage the global tournament to boost the Kingdom's international visibility and reinforce its image as a distinguished tourist destination.
