Jordan Expresses Condolences Over Beijing Flood Tragedy

Beijing: Jordan sent condolences to the government and people of China following the devastating floods caused by torrential rains in Beijing, which resulted in numerous fatalities, injuries, and the evacuation of thousands.

According to Jordan News Agency, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates spokesperson Sufian Qudah stated that the Kingdom stands in solidarity with China, expressing condolences to the families of the victims and wishing a swift recovery for the injured.

Qudah mentioned that Jordanians in China are safe with no reports of injuries. He urged Jordanians in the flood-affected areas to exercise extreme caution and to follow the instructions issued by Chinese authorities.
