Cairo: The Jordanian Embassy in Cairo announced that the Cultural Attach© Office will be relocated from its current location to the embassy headquarters at 6 Bassem Al-Kateb Street, off Tahrir Street, in the Dokki district, where it will begin operations starting April 1.
According to Jordan News Agency, the embassy stated that the move aims to facilitate services for Jordanian students studying in Egyptian schools and universities at various educational and academic levels. The relocation is intended to ensure that consular and cultural services are provided in one location.
The embassy emphasized that Jordanian students studying in Egypt receive attention from the Cultural Attach© Office staff and the consular section of the embassy. These offices perform their duties in coordination with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Jordan and the Department of International Students at the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education. This coordination is conducted under the instructions issued by the relevant authorities in Jordan and Egypt, following the regulations applied in Egyptian universities, and the cultural agreement signed between the two countries.
In its announcement published on social media platforms, the embassy provided contact numbers for inquiries or reporting issues, including the consular section number (0221220700), a number available after official working hours (0221220729), and the hotline for the cultural office (01270075053).
