Jordan Condemns Houthi Attacks on Saudi Airport

Amman:The Ministry of Foreign and Expatriates Affairs condemned the Houthi militia's attacks on King Khalid International Airport in Saudi Arabia, which occurred on Thursday and resulted in the deaths of three Saudi nationals and several others being injured.

According to Jordan News Agency, the ministry criticized the attacks as a flagrant violation of Saudi Arabia's sovereignty and a threat to its security and stability. The assaults were also described as a blatant breach of international law and the United Nations Charter.

Ministry spokesperson Ambassador Fouad Majali emphasized Jordan's condemnation of any attacks targeting Saudi Arabia and its critical infrastructure. He affirmed Jordan's full solidarity with Saudi Arabia and its support for all measures taken to protect the Kingdom's security, stability, national assets, and the safety of its citizens and residents.

Majali expressed Jordan's sincere condolences to the Saudi government, its people, and the families of the victims, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
