Social development minister Monday said Jordan has equipped the Arab institute to eradicate poverty to tackle regional multidimensional poverty.
In a meeting of the Council of Arab Ministers for Social Affairs dubbed “Multidimensional Poverty,” Minister of Social Development Ayman Mufleh said Jordan has worked with international partners to establish the Arab Institute to Eradicate Multidimensional Poverty in the Arab States.
Mufleh said the Institute serves as a “technical arm” of the Council of Arab Ministers for Social Affairs to support the Arab sustainable development goals.
He said he holds high the international partners’ support to realise the Arab sustainable development plan 2030 that mainly seeks the eradication of multidimensional poverty.
