Jewish settlers storm Al-Aqsa Mosque
Ramallah, A group of Jewish settlers stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque on Wednesday.
In a statement made to “Petra,” Sheikh Azzam al-Khatib, director of the General Islamic Endowments and Al-Aqsa Mosque Affairs, said the settlers stormed Al-Aqsa under heavy protection from the Israeli police from the Mughrabi Gate, and performed their “Talmudic” rituals.
The settlers continue to storm Al-Aqsa Mosque on a daily basis, in a provocative move against the Jerusalemites and Muslims.
In another incident, Israeli troops also demolished two houses west of the West Bank city of Ramallah on Wednesday.
The Wall and Settlement Resistance Committee confirmed in a statement that the Israeli forces stormed the town of Shuqba, west of Ramallah, accompanied by military bulldozers, and demolished two houses under the pretext of not being licensed by the occupation authorities.
