Zarqa:Royal Court Head Issawi conducted a tour of various projects in Zarqa to ensure they meet specifications and standards, intending to achieve developmental and social objectives.
According to Jordan News Agency, Issawi was joined by Minister of Youth Raed Al-Adwan to inspect a sports city nucleus in Rusaifa District, initiated by a Royal directive following His Majesty's visit in May. The project focuses on constructing a regulation-sized football field as the centerpiece of a sports complex for the community.
Issawi emphasized the importance of enhancing sports and youth facilities to broaden the beneficiary base and provide an environment conducive to sports, cultural, and community activities. This initiative aims to harness the energy of young people and develop their capabilities.
In Rusaifa District, Issawi visited the Military Education School, also known as Khadija bint Khuwaylid Secondary School for Girls, which has reached full construction completion. The school comprises two buildings with 31 classrooms for 900 students and includes computer and science labs. Furnishing and equipping the school is set to commence shortly.
Issawi also assessed a nearly complete 12-classroom co-educational elementary school in the Al-Dhuleil Subdistrict. Additionally, he visited the "Ajeen Time" food truck, a part of the Food Cart Initiative's second phase, to understand its operations.
Accompanied by Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs Mohammad Al-Khalaileh, Issawi toured Al-Arab Mosque and a nearby public park, examining the facilities and activities offered. He also reviewed the Circassian Sports Club project in Al-Hashimiyah District.
In his press remarks, Issawi stated that the tour aligns with Royal directives for field visits to monitor project progress, identify challenges, and coordinate solutions with relevant authorities for efficient project execution. He noted that the Royal Initiatives are based on local community needs, translating into projects across various sectors.
