The General Authority for Agricultural Research and Extension organized an introductory exhibition about potato varieties provided by the International Potato Center, which were propagated using the ARC technique.
The General Research Authority, in cooperation with Dhamar University, carried out scientific experiments to evaluate 16 varieties of potatoes and 12 varieties of sweet potatoes, which were obtained from the International Potato Center (CIP) in Kenya.
The exhibition, which included examples of potato varieties, aimed to introduce farmers, specialists and those interested in the advantages of these varieties.
