Industry minister, Tunisia envoy discuss preparations for coming joint committee meetings

Minister of Industry, Trade and Supply Youssef Al-Shamali on Tuesday discussed with Tunisian Ambassador to the Kingdom Khaled Al Suhaili arrangements for holding the 10th session of the Joint Jordanian-Tunisian higher committee meetings, which will take place in Amman in the first quarter of 2022.

The meetings’ agenda will tackle means of boosting bilateral cooperation, mainly in economic aspects, by increasing the volume of inter-trade and stimulating both countries’ private sector, a statement by the ministry said.

During the meeting, the minister highlighted the importance of joint action to increase trade exchange between Jordan and Tunisia, and to maximize the use of bilateral agreements.
