Dead sea: Jordan hosted the International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA) Middle East Summit 2026, "ICCA Middle East 2026," at the Dead Sea. This key event, specializing in the meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions sector (MICE), brought together experts and industry representatives from over 11 countries, reflecting Jordan's prominence on the regional business tourism map.
According to Jordan News Agency, hosting the summit presents an opportunity to showcase Jordan's infrastructure and tourist assets. The Jordan Tourism Board (JTB) emphasized that the summit provides a platform for exchanging expertise, building partnerships, and reviewing the latest global trends in the MICE sector. This initiative is expected to enhance efforts to attract more regional and international events.
On its role, JTB noted it attaches importance to this sector due to its direct economic impact.
