His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, received today in Jeddah the Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian.
The Iranian Foreign Minister conveyed the greetings and appreciation of the Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and HRH the Crown Prince, who, in turn, conveyed the greetings and appreciation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his own to the Iranian President.
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed bilateral ties, future opportunities for cooperation between the two countries, and ways to develop them. They also discussed regional and international developments and the efforts exerted towards them.
The Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan and an Iranian delegation that accompanied Amir-Abdollahian were present at the meeting.
