Housing Corporation Grants 70 Residential Plots, Offers 80 Others

Sahab: The Public Corporation for Housing and Urban Development (HUDC) has granted serviced residential plots to 70 beneficiaries in the Princess Iman 6 Suburb project in Sahab, coinciding with the Kingdom's 80th Independence Day celebrations.

According to Jordan News Agency, HUDC also announced that 80 additional residential plots are available across several projects in different governorates. A total of 1,707 applications were submitted for the Princess Iman 6 Suburb project, which were meticulously reviewed by specialized committees. Ultimately, seventy applicants from both the public and private sectors were selected based on their scores.

The corporation explained that the plots were allocated according to a usufruct system with facilitated financing terms. HUDC Director General Jumana Atiyat stated that this initiative aims to expand citizens' homeownership opportunities and support development and construction efforts throughout the Kingdom.
