House association meets Kazakh ambassador over cooperation

Amman: Members of the Jordanian Parliamentary Friendship Association with Asia and Oceania met with Kazakhstan’s Ambassador Aidarabek Tumatov on Thursday to discuss bolstering cooperation in tourism, transportation, and agriculture.

During the meeting, president of the association Abdul Rahim Ma’aya pointed to efforts to link the two countries through transportation to boost trade and increase student exchange, calling for further cooperation between the two parliaments.

For his part, Tumatov said the 30-year-old Jordanian-Kazakh relations have witnessed development in various fields.
