The Governor of Hajjah, Hilal Al-Sufi, and the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Local Administration, Jamal Al-Alawi, reviewed the progress of work in the public departments of the governorate office.l, today.
Al-Sufi and Al-Alawi reviewed the level of performance in the follow-up, information, complaints, auditing, secretarial, financial affairs, engineering unit, secretarial and initiatives departments.
They listened to an explanation from the general directors of the departments about the mechanism for completing citizens’ transactions through networking, receiving reports submitted by the directorates, following up on complaints and deciding on them, and supervising and controlling the development of financial resources and the implemented projects supported by the government or by community initiatives.
The Sufi Governor and the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Local Administration stressed the importance of doubling efforts and working in a team spirit to develop performance and sense responsibili
ty in completing transactions as they go.
They praised the efforts made in performing daily tasks, preparing monthly and periodic reports, the level of follow-up of complaints and transactions with relevant authorities, and the keenness to develop financial resources and complete projects.
