The General Directorate of Coasts and Borders Security celebrated today the graduation of a number of training courses held by the Directorate’s Maritime Training Center during the second quarter of this year as part of its annual plan.
The courses saw the participation of 145 trainees from a number of departments of the Ministry of Interior, the Amiri Guard, the Qatari Armed Forces, and the Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya), in addition to a number of personnel of the Border Guard in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Coast Guard in the Sultanate of Oman (officers and non-commissioned officers).
The courses covered theoretical and practical aspects, and were implemented in the boats of the General Directorate of Coasts and Borders Security.
The ceremony was attended by Director-General of Coast and Border Security Major General Nasser Jabr Al Nuaimi and a number of officials in the Directorate.
