Jazan, The General Administration of Education in Jazan Region has secured the bronze medal at the global level in the International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva 2024. This achievement was attributed to the participation of talented student Malak Hassan Qaisi from the Fifth Secondary School in Jazan. Qaisi designed and simulated a tri-copter drone aimed at enhancing its compact mechanism.
The project presented a comprehensive study of tri-copter technology, fundamental design principles, various applications, and future capabilities utilizing advanced manufacturing techniques. The unique design allows the aircraft to be converted into a compact mode, thereby enhancing its portability and storage.
A multitude of male and female students from general education directorates across the Kingdom competed in various scientific fields during the five-day exhibition. These fields primarily included engineering techniques, medical sciences, chemistry, environmental engineering, plant sciences, software systems, an
d energy and the environment.
